In conformity with the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, provision 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following: The Company's issued share capital consists of 202,601,452 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.The above figure of 202,601,452 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
