Pittards PLC20 December 2006 Pittards plc ("the Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The Company's issued share capital comprises 223,244,477 ordinary shares of 1peach. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and none of theshares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights is, therefore,223,244,477.
