Due to the unexpected and untimely death of Rick Abbott, the current Chairman, David Pinckney, will not be retiring from the Board of the Company in October 2017 as previously announced in the Strategy Note issued in November 2016. For continuity reasons, David will remain on the Board as Chairman of the Audit Committee until the 2018 Annual General Meeting when he will retire as a director. However, he will hand over the Chairmanship of the Company to David Williams on 31 October 2017. It is the intention of the Company to recruit a new non-executive director in the first quarter of 2018.
