Statement re: Managing Director

This is to inform you that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the Board decided, keeping in view Company's global operations, to relocate Mr. P. T. Siganporia, Managing Director of the Company to London, UK. Mr. Siganporia will continue to be the Managing Director of the Company but will also be responsible for global manufacturing operations as well as buying and blending, supply chain and related activities for some regions. Though he will be spending most of his time in the UK, he will be visiting India at regular intervals to discharge his functions as the Managing Director of the Company and also to oversee the manufacturing, sourcing and blending, etc. of India based operations.
