10 November 2014VinaLand LimitedShare buybackVinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that on 7 November 2014, pursuant to the share buyback authority added to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association on 10 December 2010, the Company purchased 700,000 Ordinary Shares of USD0.01 each at an average price of USD0.583 per share.Following these transactions, VNL has spent USD32.0 million overall repurchasing 59,442,402 shares which have been cancelled.
