Rule 2.9 Announcement

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Earthport confirms that as at the close of business on 12 February 2019 its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 634,462,019 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. This follows the issue of 961,666 new ordinary shares which have been issued to satisfy the exercise of existing share options and 10,000,000 new ordinary shares issued to the Earthport Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy the future exercise of existing share options. The International Securities Identification Number for Earthport's ordinary shares is GB00B0DFPF10.
