AGM Results & Statement
Xplorer Plc (the "Company" or "Xplorer") is pleased to announce that at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), all resolutions were passed.
In conjunction with the AGM, the board of directors of the Company updates shareholders as follows:
"We have been working diligently to progress with the exclusive negotiations with the three entities mentioned in the announcement of 31 July 2014. Certain aspects of these transactions have taken longer than originally anticipated but solid progress is being made.
We thank our shareholders for their support during the past year and we look forward to announcing further news shortly."
