Mission Capital PLC02 May 2008 STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT Mission Capital plc (the "Company")2 May 2008 RESULT OF AGM UPDATE Further to its announcement of 30 April 2008, the Company announces that it hasbeen informed by its registrars that the original confirmation of poll resultsgiven by the registrars to the Company following the AGM on 30 April 2008contained an error as the votes cast by a valid proxy holder were omitted fromthe total of the votes cast which were set out in its announcement of 30 April2008.
