Results of AGM

GoldStone Resources Limited (AIM: GRL), the West and Central Africa focused gold exploration company quoted on AIM, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed. Accordingly, the condition regarding the approval of Special Resolution 1 at the AGM in respect of the £1.0 million fundraise announced earlier today has been satisfied.

Neil Gardyne, Non-executive Chairman of GoldStone, said:

"The Board of GoldStone wishes to thank Christopher Hall for his stewardship over the last two years, which has been characterised by his efforts to manage the relationship with strategic shareholders and to maintain financial stability.
