Tristel PLC15 November 2006 Tristel PLC15 November 2006 AGM STATEMENT The Annual General Meeting of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infectioncontrol products, took place at 11am today, 15th November 2006. All resolutionswere duly passed. Chairman Francisco Soler commented upon current trading as follows: "I am pleased to be able to report that sales in the first four months of theyear are in line with expectations, with a growing contribution from exports. The integration of the recently acquired Tristel Technologies Limited,previously Vernagene Limited, has been successful and entry into thecontamination control market in water, food processing and food growing hasbroadened the Group's income streams."
