Ormonde Mining PLC21 March 2005 Ormonde Mining plc Resignation of Non-Executive Director Ormonde Mining plc ("Ormonde" or the "Company") advises that Mr. David O'Beirne,a non-executive director of the Company, is resigning from the Board. Mr.O'Beirne's resignation is effective from the date of this announcement. Mr. O'Beirne is also resigning his role as company secretary to Ormonde, whichwill be filled by Mr. John Carroll.
