Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme
London, 27 October 2008: International Ferro Metals, the integrated ferrochrome producer, announces that it has purchased through Numis Securities Limited 0.819 million ordinary shares at 22.925 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the number of shares in issue to 503,643,682.
Following the cancellation of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 503,643,682 ordinary shares all with voting rights.
