Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Redcentric announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from 09 August 2018. Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders on 09 August 2018.
The AGM of the Company will be held at 10.00am on 03 September 2018 at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
