Further to the announcement on 11 June 2013 regarding the proposed disposal of its 100% interest in the Arkhangelovskoe Licence, the board of Matra announces that a circular, including notice of General Meeting, has been posted to shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of BDO LLP at 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU on 28 June 2013 at 12 p.m immediately following the completion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on the same day.
