SP Holdings PLC05 April 2005 SP Holdings PLC ('the Company') Successful Placing SP Holdings plc, the marketing services company, announces that it has completeda placing of new shares, and has raised gross proceeds of £2,000,000 (the'Placing'). The proceeds of the Placing will be used by the Company for generalworking capital purposes. Application has been made for 20,000,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIMin connection with the Placing. Dealings are expected to commence on or about 11April 2005.
