EMIS Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 15 December 2015, that Capita IRG Trustees Limited as Trustees of the EMIS Group Share Incentive Plan (SIP), had purchased on 14 December 2015 the following Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 1045.00 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors listed below:
