The Company was informed on 10 June 2008 that, following the purchase of shares in the Company's recent placing, Nigel William Wray is now interested in 40,390,477 shares representing 5.08% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Wray's shares are registered in the name of Pershing Keen Nominees Limited.
