Notification of interests of Directors

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ('Princess') have been advised that on 22 March 2016 Richard Battey, Chairman of the Audit Committee, bought shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange.

Richard Battey bought 2,500 ordinary shares at a share price of EUR 7.055 representing 0.0036% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Richard Battey has a total interest of 22,500 shares in the Company representing 0.0325% of Princess' issued share capital.
