Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") expects to announce its results for the year ended 30 September 2016 on Thursday 1 December 2016.

There will be a conference call for analysts on the day of the results at 9.00am.

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website from 7.30am on 1 December 2016.
