The Company confirms that copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 and notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and will be available on the Company's website at www.triad.co.uk.

The Company confirms that its AGM is to be held at 11.00am on 10 August 2016 at the office of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU.
