SimiGon announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (2:00 p.m. GMT) on Wednesday 30 December 2015 at 7001 University Blvd. Winter Park, FL 32792, USA (the "Meeting").
The Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") will be mailed to shareholders at the close of business on Wednesday, 2 December, 2015 and an electronic copy of the Notice is available at the Company's website: http://www.simigon.com.
