Media Steps Group PLC20 November 2006 Media Steps Groups plc Media Steps Group plc (the "Company") received notice from its NominatedAdviser, Corporate Synergy Plc, that it is to resign from this role. Thisnotice expires tomorrow, 21 November 2006. If the Company has not appointed areplacement Nominated Adviser by this time its shares will be suspended pendingsuch appointment. The Company is currently finalising proposals to refinance the Group which willinclude the appointment of a new Nominated Adviser and will be contactingshareholders shortly with details of these arrangements. Should the Company failto appoint a Nominated Adviser within one month of tomorrow, however, its shareswill be delisted in accordance with the AIM Rules.
