No Intention to Make an Offer for Moss Bros Group Plc ("Moss Bros")

On 12 November 2008 Warbeck announced that it had acquired a 28 per cent. stake in Moss Bros and was considering its alternatives in relation to Moss Bros, including the possibility of making an offer for the company.

Following consideration of its position, Warbeck confirms it has no current intention to make an offer for Moss Bros.
