Crude steel and finished steel products output in Q2 2009 amounted to 2.159 mln tons and 1.919 mln tons accordingly.
Finished steel products output in Q2 2009 grew insignificantly compared to Q1 2009 (by 2 thousand tons).
As the result of continuing product mix optimization, cold-rolled steel products output in 2Q 2009 went up by 47% (q-on-q), downstream products output - up by 36%, while commercial hot-rolled steel products went down by 13%.
Neither commercial slabs nor billets are produced.
The share of downstream products amounted to 15% in Q2 2009 (up 4% q-on-q).
