LSR Group executes put option for its Series-03 bonds
OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG) completed buy-back of its Series-03 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds with mandatory safekeeping.The buy-back was executed on September 17, 2015 upon the request of the owner and in accordance with the terms of the offer. The state registration number is 4-03-55234-E as of 02.11.2011.The total amount of series 03 bonds acquired was 18.
