LSR Group completes Verona project

LSR Group completes VERONA project in St. PetersburgLSR Group has completed construction of its high-end project VERONA in Petrogradsky District of Saint Petersburg. The building comprises 80 apartments with the total area exceeding 20 th sqm and has an underground parking for 111 cars.At this moment, approximately 70 % of the apartments have been already pre-sold. Several apartments from 100 to 201 sqm are still available for sale, with the price per sqm starting at RUB 297,000. Prices for apartments vary from RUB 30.9 to 90 mln.VERONA is located in one of the most prestigious places of the city, on Krestovsky Island. The project was designed by the famous architect workshop Evgeny Gerasimov and Partners in Roman palazzo style.
