Listing of additional ADSs

Listing of 10,649,499,318 Additional Level I American Depositary Shares ("Level I ADSs")

October 5, 2011 - JSC "GAZPROM". (the "Company") has made an application for the admission of 2,236,594,545 additional Level I ADSs (currently issued) and a block listing of 8,412,904,773 Level I ADSs to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company has applied for the block listing to admit to listing Level I ADSs to be issued from time to time by the Company against the deposit of shares currently in issue into the Level I ADS facility. Each Level I ADS (LSE: OGZD) represents two ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

It is expected that admission will be granted in respect of the Level I ADSs on October 6, 2011.
