NWF Group PLC05 June 2007 05 June 2007 NWF Group plc (the 'Company') Issue of Equity The Company announces today that application has been made for 235,840 ordinaryshares pursuant to the exercise of employee share options exercised at a priceof £1.93 per share under the NWF Group plc SAYE Share Option Scheme. These new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary sharesof the Company, and trading is expected to commence on 7 June 2007. Followingthe exercise of these shares, the Company will have 9,378,211 ordinary shares inissue.
