Tottenham Hotspur (AIM: TTNM.L), announces that following the announcement on 21 August 2009 of a placing (the "Placing") of 30 million new ordinary shares of 5 pence each (the "New Shares") at price of 50 pence; the Company has today made application for the admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will occur on 28 August 2009.
