Hightex Group PLC01 November 2006 Hightex Group plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company today has issued and allotted 496,914 new Ordinary Shares of 1 penny eachin the Company. These shares were issued and allotted in exchange for 4,969,176 sharesin West 175 Media Group Inc, following the receipt of received valid Letters ofTransmittal. Following the allotment of the new Ordinary Shares the issued share capital of the Companyhas been increased to 117,396,362 Ordinary Shares. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.Trading is expected to commence on AIM on 7 November 2006.
