Issue of equity
Kellan announces today that a total of 1,633,029 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') have been issued to certain Directors and existing shareholders of the Company in satisfaction of interest due on the Company's 2015 convertible loan notes.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,633,029 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that dealings will commence on 9 October 2012. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in the Company. The total issued share capital of Kellan following this allotment will be 211,241,086 Ordinary Shares. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
