Lighthouse Group PLC15 February 2006 15 February 2006 Lighthouse Group plc Additional Listing Lighthouse Group plc ("the Company") announces that 68,925 new ordinary sharesof 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted followingan exercise of options by advisers of the Company pursuant to the LighthouseAdviser Share Option Scheme. As a result the Company now has 75,209,162 OrdinaryShares in issue. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 21 February 2006.
