Investment Update Regarding Silo E

Further to the Investment Update announced on 21 October 2013 and with regard to the insolvency proceedings over the assets of the Silo E portfolio, Treveria (AIM: TRV) announces that it has reached a settlement with the insolvency administrator. Under the agreement, the insolvency administrator agrees to compensate Treveria for its cooperation in the sale of the portfolio. The insolvency administrator will also waive any potential claims against Treveria E S.à.r.l., the parent of the German portfolio companies. Treveria will not pursue any further steps in this regard.
