Investment update
Further to the announcement made on 29 December 2014 concerning an agreement to sell its property at Wall 18, Wuppertal (Germany), Treveria announces that the sale has now completed, and the cash consideration of EUR 9.75 million (before transaction costs of EUR 0.36 million) has been received.
The Company will provide the necessary update as to the application of proceeds in due course.
