The Company announces that it has today been informed by Michael Chadwick that on 30 June 2014 he purchased 11,550 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Mr. Chadwick now holds a total of 119,045 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equal to approximately 11.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
