The Company announces that it was notified on 20 July 2010 that following an acquisition of 8,906 shares Stephen Grayson holds 208,906 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 5.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company of that class.

In addition, the Company was notified today that following a sale of 160,000 shares, Artemis Investment Management Limited holds 524,651 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 12.57 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company of that class.
