Tertiary Minerals plc (LON: TYM), the AIM traded mineral exploration and development company, whose strategic focus is on energy transition and precious metals, understands that, based on a shareholder analysis undertaken as at 4 January 2022, Mr M Farooq had a holding of 50,973,424 shares, representing 4.31% of the Company's total issued share capital, as at 4 January 2022. As at today's date, this represents 3.3% of the Company's current issued share capital. Mr M Farooq has not responded to date to requests from the Company to confirm his holding.
