Arden announces that it was informed today by Mr John Cassie that as a result of the decrease in the Company's issued share capital, his holding has increased from below 3% to 3.19% of the Company's issued share capital. He continues to hold 750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Arden was also informed today by Mr Jim Reed-Daunter that also as a result of the recent decrease in the Company's issued share capital, his shareholding has increased from 4.66% to 5.03% of the Company's issued share capital. He continues to hold 1,182,541 Ordinary Shares.
