The Company received a notification on 5th April 2011 from Fidelity International stating that Fidelity International exercises voting rights over 100,939.476 ordinary shares which represents 5.01% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,014,355,049 ordinary shares.
