The Company announces that it received notification on 15 March 2013, that Omnicane International Investment Co Ltd ("Omnicane"), a subsidiary of Omnicane Limited, was interested in 15,498,954 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 22.3 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Jacques d'Unienville, a non-executive director of the Company, is a director of Omnicane Limited.
