The Company was notified today that on 16 November 2015 Elypsis Solutions Limited ("Elypsis") sold 18,067,708 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Shares"). As a result, Elypsis now holds 144,541,666 Shares, representing 75.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
