The Company announces that it received notification on 8 January, 2009, that following the disposal  of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 November, 2008, and the disposal of further Ordinary Shares on 5 January, 2009, Integrated Core Strategies (Europe) S.a.r.l. no longer has a notifiable interest in the voting rights of the Company.
