Ultrasis, the provider of computer delivered interactive healthcare products and associated services, was informed today that Paul Anthony Bell had notified the Company on 14 October 2008 following an acquisition of shares in the Company on 13 October 2008, that he is now interested in 45,295,000 ordinary shares representing 3.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
