Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 14 April 2009 that Spearpoint Limited ("Spearpoint"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 4,412,821 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")representing 22.76% of the shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 2,260,321 OrdinaryShares, representing 11.66% of the issued share capital, are held on behalf of customers of Spearpoint on a discretionary managed basis.

In addition, Spearpoint has a discretionary mandate over a further 925,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.77% of the issued share capital, which are not registered in Secure Nominees Limited.
