The Company received a notification on 18 February 2021 stating that on 16 February 2021, following an acquisition of voting rights, IPConcept (Luxemburg) S.A. had a notification obligation in respect of 1,290,202 ordinary shares of 10 pence each held by P& R - Real Value, representing approximately 3.001% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
