The Company received a notification on 4th May 2011 from BlueGold Capital Management LLP stating that BlueGold Capital Management LLP exercises voting rights over 123,187,642 ordinary shares which represents 6.12% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,014,355,049ordinary shares.
