600 Group Plc ("Company")

 

Grant of Options

 

The 600 Group PLC ("the Group" or "the Company"), the machine tools and laser marking company, announces that on 7 April 2014 options were awarded over 5,400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Options"), pursuant to the terms of the Company's 2011 Deferred Share Plan.

 

These awards were allocated as follows:

 

Nigel Rogers (Chief Executive) 2,000,000 options

Neil Carrick (Group Finance Director) 1,400,000 options

Paul Dupee (Chairman) 1,000,000 options

Derek Zissman (Non-executive Director) 500,000 options

Stephen Rutherford (Non-executive Director) 500,000 options

 

Subject to the terms and conditions of the scheme, the Options will vest after 3 years. The Options have an exercise price of 17p per share, being the closing mid market price on 7 April 2014.
