Further to the announcement on 11 July 2013, Kellan advises that it expects that admission will become effective and that dealings in the new ordinary shares of 0.01p each created pursuant to the Capital Reorganisation will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 12 August 2013.
Definitions in this announcement have the same meaning as those set out in the announcement dated 11 July 2013.
