Federal Grid Company Board of Directors Decision

Moscow, 28 June 2018 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company"; Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), owner and operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), announces the Board of Directors took the decision on the early termination of the powers of and employment agreement with Nikolai Pozdnyakov, Member of the Management Board, effective immediately. This decision was made on Board of Directors meeting held on 25 June 2018 by absentee voting.

Hereby the actual Management Board of Federal Grid Company comprises the following members:

· Andrey Murov, Chairman of the Management Board;

· Roman Filimonov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board;

· Alexander Zaragatsky, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board;

· Alexey Molskiy, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board;

· Sergey Terebulin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board;

· Maria Tikhonova, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board;

· Dmitry Vodennikov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - Chief Engineer, Member of the Management Board.
