Federal Grid Company announces EGM results

Moscow, 31 December 2019 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies, and the owner and operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), announces the results of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) that took place on 30 December 2019.

The resolution laid out in the EGM Notice of 27 November 2019 was voted on by way of absentee vote and the following decision was taken:

Pay dividends for the 9M2019 in the amount of RUB 0.00880960765 per ordinary Federal Grid Company share (or RUB 4.404803825 per GDR).
